At Kay Street we place great value on social occasions – these can be one off events or more regular gatherings. And of course anyone is more than welcome to join.
Food for Thought
Every Thursday you will find our doors open from 10:30am, for a warm welcome and free tea and coffee. This includes an opportunity to explore faith at 11:15am followed by a delicious lunch served at midday.
All food is home cooked. Main meals are £3 and desserts cost just 80p. Everyone welcome!
The club is trialling a new approach combining online activity with some Camera Club day trips.
Anyone is welcome to join– even if you don’t yet have a camera! We cover both film & digital photography. Activities include looking at each others photographs, photo tips and the occasional field trip. We all take photos at some time or other, learning a little more can help us take more interesting photos of the same subject.

Tuesdays from 10.00am to 12 noon
Why not take the opportunity to try a new skill or improve your existing skills? Join us every Tuesday for art and craft activities of all types. We paint, draw, colour, make cards, knit, crochet, do jigsaws – whatever interests people. Some are experts who happily help others learning new skills. Bring along your project and work on it as you chat. There are computers with internet access available and although we don't teach, there is always someone to help!
Tea, coffee and toast are served during the morning.
